Service Delivery Policy
How Coaching Is Delivered
Transformation Coaching is an online fitness and nutrition coaching service operated by CALI FIT WORKOUT LLC d/b/a Transformation Coaching. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping or handling fees apply.
Your program content, training plan, nutrition plan, check-ins, and coach messaging are delivered through the Everfit coaching app (the "Training Platform").
When Delivery Begins
Within 24 hours of payment, we email your Training Platform invitation and onboarding instructions to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery begins when the invitation is sent, and your first login confirms receipt.
After onboarding, your coach designs a customized nutrition and training program based on your goals, fitness level, and experience, and reviews it with you before you begin. Starting the program confirms your acceptance of it.

What's Included & Support Hours
During your program you receive: access to the Training Platform and your customized training and nutrition plan; one (1) coach check-in per week; two (2) group coaching calls per month; and coach messaging support Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Messages received outside those hours are answered the next business day.
Your program length is stated in your Order. Access to the Training Platform and program content continues for the length of your program. Records of your access and activity are kept as evidence of delivery, as described in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.
