Transformation Coaching — 6-Month Online Coaching Program
Personalized fitness and nutrition coaching to help clients lose weight, build strength, and develop sustainable habits without giving up their favorite foods. Coaching is delivered online by Coach Kahlil Roth-Folly.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Personalized workout program for home or gym
Individualized nutrition targets and guidance
Progress tracking and program adjustments
Weekly progress check-ins through Everfit to review nutrition, workouts, and progress, with adjustments as needed
In-app messaging support between check-ins
Two live online group coaching calls per month, held virtually and included in the program price (not ticketed events)
Access to the Transformation Coaching community and educational resources
WHAT'S EXCLUDED
In-person training, prepared meals, supplements, gym memberships, medical care, and services outside the six-month coaching term. Specific weight-loss results are not guaranteed.
DURATION AND EXPIRATION
Six consecutive months from the agreed coaching start date. Coaching access and support end at the conclusion of that term unless the client separately agrees to renew. The program does not automatically renew.
DELIVERY AND ONBOARDING
Delivered through the Everfit app with virtual onboarding. Clients receive their Everfit invitation and intake questionnaire within 24 hours of payment. Onboarding and initial program setup are completed within 3–5 business days after the completed questionnaire is received, subject to the client’s availability.
PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
$3,997 paid in full. Third-party financing may also be available; financing terms are provided by the financing provider and are subject to its approval and terms.
RENEWAL
Current clients may extend their coaching by arrangement with their coach, usually during a check-in or renewal call. The renewal length and price are agreed on that call. Payment through our secure checkout confirms the renewal. A receipt is emailed at payment, and renewed coaching continues through the Everfit app under our Terms and Conditions.
